Former England captain John Terry came face to face with Wayne Bridge for the first time since news broke of his alleged affair with the Manchester City defender's former partner Vanessa Peroncel.
As the Chelsea captain led his team out at Stamford Bridge for the game against Man City at the weekend and with Wayne one of the last of his team to come out to the pitch, all eyes were on the team handshakes prior to kick-off.
When Wayne came to the Chelsea skipper, he appeared to extend an arm and a glance at his former friend before looking away and declining the invitation.
In the end, the two were the only players not to greet each other during the traditional on-field handshake.
Wayne's team went on to win the match by four goals to two.
