Hannah Waterman: 'split was not about weight loss'

Former EastEnder Hannah Waterman has insisted her break up with fellow soap star Ricky Groves is nothing to do with her recent weight loss.

The actress, who has shed three stone in just five months, also dismisses reports of a blossoming romance with Les Miserables star Simon Bowman, saying they are "absolute nonsense".

Speaknig on ITV's Loose Women, Hannah said it "was not the case at all" that she had ended her three-year-marriage because of her new figure.

"We’ve been together for ten years and I think that would be rather superficial,” she says.
