Newlyweds Jamie Cullum and Sophie Dahl have just announced their first co-production.

The jazz musician and his model-turned-TV chef wife are having a baby.

“Jamie Cullum and Sophie Dahl are delighted to confirm that Sophie is four months pregnant,” a said statement from their spokesman.

The beauty – who turns 33 on Wednesday – apparently told friends it was the "best present in the world".

"Sophie has always been broody and she adores children," a pal tells the Daily Mail.

"We all think she will be a superb mother and Jamie is also elated".

The couple – who wed in a fairytale winter wedding in January – now have the perfect home in which to start a family.

Earlier this year, they moved into a £3 million home in Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire, where Sophie’s grandfather, the author Roald Dahl, once lived.
