Blooming mum-to-be Lily showed off a funky take on maternity wear in a metallic empire-line mini dress and leopard-print cardigan.

Rather daringly, the 25-year-old – who is expecting a boy with boyfriend Sam Cooper – accessorised with skyscraper heels.

Despite announcing a five-year music sabbatical for motherhood the songbird was clearly enjoying every minute of the performance as the pair sung Just Be Good To Green.

The track is a cover of Beats International classic Dub Be Good To Me.
