Show goes on for Rihanna after mystery hospital visit

Rihanna soldiered on with a show in France on Wednesday - just hours after she was admitted to hospital.

The Umbrella star was reportedly rushed to a private clinic's accident and emergency department in Zurich after her strenuous performance on Tuesday, but was released again at 2:55am.

Although the clinic wouldn’t release any details of the singer’s admission, she is thought to have suffered from exhaustion due to her Last Girl On Earth tour.

The 22-year-old was back on fighting form in Lyon, however.

Stunning in a skimpy nude leotard, the songstress bellowed out her hits for one of her 28 European dates.
