The Duchess of York was clearly left inspired after her recent reality programme in which she attempted to improve community relations in Hull (pictured).
Now the flame-haired royal is keen to start up a new TV show, along the same lines as Anneka Rice's Challenge Anneka.
"I want it to be a show that is me on the streets in middle America," the Duchess tells The Sun.
"I want to go out and see what the needs are. Then the audience has to challenge me to fix the school in Boise or get another restaurant in Allentown."
Sarah says the show would be her way of thanking Americans for "saving her" after her split from Prince Andrew.
"When the British threw me out, the Americans embraced me," she says.
