'Lack of sensible shoes' lands Mariah in wheelchair

Pop diva Mariah Carey has been in the wars lately.

As a result of taking a tumble on stage whilst performing in Singapore on Saturday, the singer twisted her ankle.

Her representative told a US publication: “Mariah twisted her ankle in Singapore and should have packed more sensible shoes, but she doesn’t have any… I’m sending her a pair of flats today”.

The Candy Bling star was photographed going through LAX Airport on Wednesday being pushed in a wheelchair by her team of minders.

Mariah’s caution has prompted further speculation that the 40-year-old may be pregnant.

Her husband, Nick Cannon, has said she will break her silence on the rumours in her own time.
