Her blossoming tummy was shown off to perfection in a teal-hued shift dress, which she accesorised with black heeled sandals – and a huge smile. The 23-year-old had jetted from the Maldives – where she had been honeymooning with husband Marvin Humes, of JLS fame - to los Angeles for the promotional event at the Langham Huntington Hotel in Pasadena.
Rochelle and her colleagues - Una Healy, Vanessa White, Frankie Sandford and Mollie King – are Stateside to launch their their new album and debut US single What About Us. Their TV show Chasing The Saturdays also starts on US channel E! on January 20.
The quintet have a few TV appearances lined up for the end of the week – they're due on on E! show Fashion Police, as well as dropping in on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and Chelsea Lately's chat show.
Rochelle and co are hoping to follow in the footsteps of One Direction and The Wanted, who have enjoyed huge success across the Pond. They no doubt have their sights set on a number one single – something which has so far eluded them on home shores.
The majority of the band members had at least 24 hours to get used to the new time zone before getting to work in America. But no such luck for Rochelle, who arrived on Sunday straight from her tropical holiday. She tweeted: "I think I may have created my own time zone!! My body has no clue what's going on lol. 3 time zones in as many days... Boom. They do 24 hour breakfast here! This is gonna settle my need for blueberry pancakes :-) :-). Urgh! Not be able to get to sleep when u know u need to is soooo annoying..."
The star and her husband announced their baby news in November, both expressing their joy online. "I wanted to be the first to tell you...we have some exciting news to share!" Rochelle wrote: "Marvin and I could not be more thrilled to announce that we are expecting our first child mid next year. We have always dreamt of being parents and the news is the best early Christmas present we could have asked for. I know Marvin is going to be a great dad and we're so excited to start a family."
The dad-to-be also had some excited words for his Twitter followers, saying: "Rochelle and I are SOOOOO excited to tell everyone that we are expecting our first baby!!! It's absolutely amazing! Baby is due middle of next year and all is great!! We want to say thank you to everyone for their love and support... it means so much to us!! We are over the moon! Love Marv x."
