Ivanka Trump shares first family photo since baby's birth

Proud mum Ivanka Trump has shared the first official family photo since the arrival of her son Theodore on 27 March. "Our first picture as a family of five!" she wrote alongside. "Thank you for all of the love and well wishes."

The portrait was taken at little Theo's bris, which took place in New York on 3 April, the eighth day of his life, People reports.

Ivanka Trump has shared her first official family photo

It shows the 34-year-old business woman cradling her tiny baby son in her arm, while also hugging her four-year-old daughter Arabella. Proud husband Jared Kushner, 35, sits beside his wife, with the couple's two-year-old son Joseph perched on his knee.

While this is the first family photo Ivanka has shared, she has given fans plenty of glimpses of her baby boy. A week after Theo's arrival, she uploaded a very sweet picture of her husband and their newborn, with Arabella wrapped excitedly around her father's neck.

She later shared an adorable video of little Arabella sitting with Theo on her lap, and singing Twinkle Twinkle Little Star to him as a lullaby.

Joseph is just as keen to dote on his new brother. One image shows Jared and Joseph peering into Theo's bassinet together – "Sweet moments with baby Theo," Ivanka wrote alongside.

Donald Trump's eldest daughter and her husband announced the birth of their third child in late March, posting across her social media pages: "It's a boy! We welcome with love Theodore James, March 27, 2016, 5:43 pm. Jared, Ivanka, Arabella and Joseph." She followed the announcement with a photo of new baby boy, writing: "Baby Theodore. My heart is full. xx, Ivanka #grateful".

Ivanka revealed she was pregnant last year with the help of her children, holding a number 3 sign to her baby bump as Arabella and Joseph held 1 and 2.

She wrote on her Facebook page: "I couldn't be more thrilled to share the news with you that I am expecting. At the end of the day, it's my family that is at the centre of my life —and to be adding another baby to our family is a tremendous blessing...Jared and I are so thankful, and so excited!"
